HERE and now

“It’s easier to not be grounded and like get lost, when you’re just here and now. And focused on what’s just here and now, because everything that’s here and now will pass away. So you gotta think about the things that are larger than here and now, that have always been here, and that are all around.

That are not seen, the unseen. Those things are what’s important. The things that you can’t touch, that only touch you. Those things are what’s important and it’ll ground you, because it’s much more larger and more important than the things that are just here and now. This is not everything that there is.

That’s what separates somebody that I think who is aware and grounded, and all these things. Versus somebody who is just scared, you know? Because people are scared.”
